Shipping & Policies
INVENTORY DROPS HAPPEN ON TUESDAYS!
1. Shipping days are on Tuesdays and Fridays following your order or custom order is complete.
2. Please expect shipping delays if you choose USPS as your designated shipping carrier.
3. We strive to package accordingly, but if you receive your package and it is either missing an item or damaged, please don't hesitate to reach out (with pictures) for either a replacement or full refund (upon return of item).
4. We are now offering international shipping through USPS only at this time. Please be aware: buyer is responsible for any import (customs) taxes/fees.
1. We do accept custom orders on any type of product as seen on our website. If you do not see something specific that you are looking for, please reach out so we can work with you in creating that unique item that you will cherish forever.
2. Turn around time (TAT) is 2-4 weeks depending on on-hand materials vs. ordered materials (again, due to high delays with USPS).
3. Use the "Design My Own" button that is located in the Menu bar. If you do not see what you are looking for then email us @ firstname.lastname@example.org or reach out to us through FB to get started on your custom order.
4. Custom orders will be invoiced through our website.
1. There are no refunds/returns on the skin/hair care products. If you are unsure about one of these products, email us to ensure you are receiving the products you want/need.
2. There is a 30 days guarantee on sewn products. Email email@example.com with pictures of the issues (outside of normal wear and tear) and either you will receive a full refund; replacement; or corrected (upon return of product)
3. Return shipment is at the cost of the customer unless otherwise worked between us.
